trigger warning

Thoughts of suicide have crept back into my brain. I just wrote a letter. I'm thinking of what I would need to do to arrange my cremation (financially) since my family doesn't have a lot of money. I am starting to feel like a burden. And I feel tired of pain and this very difficult year.

I also discovered a mass on my lower back. I'm hoping more than not that it's cancer.

I have ...

Meditation for bipolar disorder

It's working out great for me.

Be it:
- Zen (observing the thoughts with detachment so you can be free from attachment to your negative feelings and ego)
- Mindfulness (focusing on breath when the mind wanders, which causes calm and relaxing)
- Vipassana (this one is especially good for mental health, but very intense and can be overwhelming to beginners, because it attacks the negative thoughts with sheer force).

Eating Too Much (PLEASE HELP)

I think I'm eating too much. My medication is supposedly the least weight-gain of them all, but I don't believe it. I've gained a lot of weight these past three years.

My main question is are their ...

Please let it rip!

I use to love it here because other people shared their crazy stuff like I shared crazy stuff.

Sometimes it was a romantic involvement while attending university including missing classes, handing in assignments late, and being attracted to someone else at the same time, mean while skipping your medication.

Or it was a Credit Card binge on amazing stuff that you just know would lead to personal fulfillment and world peace... things like buying one ...

Cyclothymic?

Can you experience suicidal depression within cyclothymia?

These are what episodes look like:

1 week of cycling between hypomania, baseline and mild depression.

So like this: DAY 1: 1 pm; hypomanic, 2 pm; normal; 8 pm; hypomanic 10pm; empty, mild depression etc.
This lasts for a week then I crash into suicidal depression.

I found out this week that it’s not normal (in the context of BP), to cycle out of hypomania so quickly. I ...
