I already posted here a while back. My anger against heteros has only gotten worse. It has escalated into ocd. I have obsessive thoughts about anger. I am going to therapy and I was prescribed meds. My therapist told me to learn a new sport, so I started mixed martial arts. It backfired big time and I am getting into fights and getting into a lot of trouble and making the anger A LOT worse. ...

All my life , especially in this country- I've been raised to be self sufficient, hard working, intelligent and achieving. I notice constantly- time and time again; repeatedly- that others around me react to my "ambitiousness" negatively, either with a passive sort of disdain or a neglect, sometimes to an outright confrontation toward me. I'm 22, soon to be 23 and still living at home with my parents due to agoraphobia. My father has been sexually and physically abusive to me in the past and my mother has ignored it all for the sake of money. This happened all through my childhood which has left me in a sad state of depression and anxiety. I have suicidal thoughts often but meditation and practicing gratitude soon dissolves those thoughts.

I hate my ex so much. It was almost a year ago that she told me through her tears that she had sex with some disgusting coke head.
