My boyfriend has a severe Anger problem. When he gets even slightly frustrated he blows up. He also has problems dealing with simple tasks of life, like doing the laundry etc. If I ask him to do something or I ask him if something is wrong he gets really nasty with me. Suddenly my computer shut off in the middle of typing a long winded response and I flipped. I used to have an anger problem in the past and I'm not anywhere near as bad as I used to be, but sometimes I'm not sure if I'll lash out when I'm driving or walking places. I keep thinking people are looking at me or judging me. And although I don't, I keep having this feeling that I could explode like in the past. I'm 26 now.

I used to be an anger-management machine or something like that but these days I find myself too often in an enfuriated state of mind. What I've found is that I actually find it intoxicating to be in this state.

Perhaps it's an addiction to the adrenaline or whatever other chemicals are involved, or maybe it's entirely psychological, or even a habit of sorts but as I said it really does feel like I'm getting ...

i have had mental problems most of my life and was diagnosed 2 years ago with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, anger issues and sociopathic tendancies(there are probably more to).

i had been told by someone close to me that my conditions are so severe that they believe there's no hope for me therapy-wise nor drug-wise and says it'd probably just be best if i was locked away somewhere.

i have not ever 'attacked' any random person ...

Seriously, me+customer service do not mix.

I used to be very good at it, I used to take the $#%^. But I always felt like I was dying a little bit inside. Now, I've been called out on 3 times this past week on my less than desirable customer service efforts.

Customer service comes down to -----------------.

Personally, I don't feel compelled to ----------------unless they offer to ------------------.

Not to mention, customer service don't mean ...
