5 years ago when I believed I had bipolar I went psychotic and totally smashed up the rented house I had.
I thought things and saw things that were not true and did not exist. I'm really depressed because of the things my girlfriend has done with other guys in her past. When I say past, I mean she was young. i have never been suicidal and can't see myself be but i know it is possible. i'm usually just scared that i might not find enough motivation to go on. but for now i can't imagine myself being suicidal.
I have had episodes of self-harm though.
