Hello everyone!

This is the first time I get to really talk about my problem to anyone, and I'm excited that I can be surrounded by others who know what I'm talking about and/or can relate!

Lately I've been trying to pinpoint the crux of my problem that led to ocd tendencies; I haven't always had issues and I am wondering if it has to do with stress and my childhood.

i'm always thinkin about what i'm gonna eat and every time i eat i'm hungry right afterwards. Now i only weigh 110 and don't suffer anorexia or bolemia. i just eayt excessively and think about food. i've also had panic attacks, space off and feel like i want to cry. idon't know what's wrong. i would appreciate some sort of reply. thanks.

I might have OCD because I can never drink from someone elses cup, and when I wash up I cant use dish towels to dry things because I think there is gonna be a hair on it. If I find a hair in my food I cant it. It makes me fell sick.

hi, its funny you should start a subject like that because i hear voices in my head and sometimes they are really scary.
i wont say tell you're docter because when my friends told me to do that i freaked out big time, because i would be so embarassed.
