POCD plz help

Hey, I've been suffering from POCD for 7 months now, and I'm healthy enough to know that I'm not a pedophile. But I remembered something from my past.
When I was 13/14, I used to "fap" to one shotacon (basically, young, prepubescent or pubescent boys), but at the time I didn't know it was a shotacon or a child, I just fapped to it. Does that make me a pedophile? That was the only shotacon I've ever read.
