I get these cramps about every few months ,I tend to be woken up by them and it is quite an intense pain.The muscle goes hard and warm and I get a slight feeling of pins and needles and a lumpy feeling in the muscle.I always try massaging it and just wait it out.

Hi all,

I had my lower right wisdom tooth removed 7 years ago. Due to it being impacted and infected a lymph node came up below it on jaw. I had it out but the lymph node comes up and I get swelling around the area quite alot.
My question is does anyone experience similar issues? I've had an X-ray and the oral surgeon can't see any sign of infection or root or tooth debris. ...

I'm just wondering what are some good products for female incontinence?
I am not incontinent, but I do occasionally wet the bed, and I think until I am able to figure out what the problem is, it would be helpful to have some sort of products to keep my sheets clean at least.

How do people approach this when the child is doing it to frequently and they are maybe getting a bit old for it.I must stipulate I''m not the parent but a relative of the parent.Why do children do this,I mean I have my suspicions but rather hear from a experienced parent who has maybe had to deal with this.
