I'm joining the army, in March will be the entry exams.
I want to join one of the four elite Portuguese army forces, for that i must acomplish the following exercises:
Pull-Ups: 8
Sit-Ups: 60 in 2 minutes
Push-Ups: 30
Walk on high wall for 5 meters
Jump a 90 centimeters wall
Jump 3 meters hole
25 meters swim
Run 8 Kilometers, fully equiped, holding weapon and with 5 kilos load on the backpack....
