This thread is a venue for us to share our gambling relapses in the past. It would be nice to know the triggers that enabled you to be back to gambling business, but it would be more important for us to find out how you were able to save yourself from gambling for good. :wink:

Seem to come to this forum most times I've had a big loss, and find the stories comforting/helpful.. but this time I feel the need to post. I'll try and give you a brief insight.

I've been gambling in consistent patches for the last 4 years or so, the first few years just for fun with Sports betting and rarely lost huge sums.

I'm realizing more every day how hard this is going to be. Scratch-offs of all things. It's like a cascade... just one and then why not another and another and another until you feel so disgusted with yourself.
