I joined a local gym a few days ago and I've been having one hour sessions everyday since then. I feel so much better. I've been a lot more positive and happy.

I'm in no way one of those fitness freak dickheads who think exercise can fix everything but it sure can help.
It's no substitute for a medication that works for you or a good therapist, but with all three I really think exercise ...
