It isn't. There is a clear distinction. What made you stick around. Or. What did you do to cause it. Her question was WRT the latter and it was driven by disdain for Nons.

Nothing I wrote was nasty, mean, or wrong. It was all said in truth. Apparently around here some people can call others "annoying, weak, meager, disgusting, self serving, etc." and laugh about their pain. Yet one cannot point out the dark underpinnings to the other's motivations. So be it. But it won't silence me.

As a Non I would *never* even halfway consider questioning BPDs or attempt to "help" them or start threads for the purpose of deriding them. I would also *never* go into any forum regarding any other disorder and insert myself with the claim that I am "fascinated" by that particular disorder or those who love or have loved those who have it. And if I ever did, I expect that I would be promptly asked to leave.

However, for some reason, with this one individual, it is perfectly alright.
