and struggling with identity
the need for change is voiced a lot
but is it not better to except yourself?
you think you can?
what would it take to do that?
(for me truing stuff that makes "normal" ppl happy did nothing for me so i had to find my own way
that's what made me "happy" )

My friend with undiagnosed BPD went to someone who gave her anti-depressants and sleeping pills. I had a hunch that DBT would be better for her as she hates pills for now. I just want to ask other BPD's if their therapists also give them pills in the first meeting ?
