I came across this forum as I've been feeling anxious, depressed and just generally not myself for a while now. I go out to work because I have to, but everything else I try and avoid at all costs.

i have gained 20 pounds so far after the anxiety started

yesterday my dosage of prozac was increased from 20 mg to 40 mg to help to relieve my anxiety. i learned that if you wanted to treat anxiety with prozac than the dosage must be very high or it would not work at all. how many of you take prozac as your primary anxiety medication?
