The most embarrassing thing happened today at the store and lucky enough no one saw, but I wet myself. I did'nt even know I wanted to go. How could this happen?This is the first time ever this has happened to me and I'm so severely embarrassed. Is this linked to my diet? I'm still having 500 calories a day. I'm so worried :(

Okay i was dx with anorexia nervosa back in march and since then i have gained weight and weigh about 111 lb. and frankly i hate being at this weight...i look fat and ugly but when i lose weight i feel bad, but when i gain i feel terrible too....

I just want to control something, SOMETHING. Everything I've gone through is just beyond my control, and my anorexia is something that gives me control.
Ugh, well just a short post I guess.

Hello,

I beleive I have a mental illness associated with my weight. I have spoken to a doctor and told them that I am always worried about my weight, that I try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. The doctors initial response was that I had Anorexia Nervosa and that medication would help. I of course do not beleive I have this, nor do I want to take medication.

I was hoping from some advice ...

What is Anorexia? Is it not eating at all, or just not enough? If it's not eating enough then yeah, I'm anorexic. -shrugs- I'll tell my story after someone answers heh.
