Hi everyone. I am diagnosed "Psychotic- Not otherwise Specified". I had an acute episode that lasted two years. That was about four years ago. Now I generally hear voices throughout the day but it is usually manageable. I've tried medication but it never helped me. I use different tactics to keep the voices from affecting my life and to stay out of delusions. Meditation has been very helpful to me.
