I am always hearing abouting people going ot psychologist and psychiarists and taking meds, but everybody cannot afford to go to a psychologist or psychiarist, and insurance does not always cover these things. In my opinion, we should just change our mindsets and stop thinking so negatively about ourselves.

Any one been on it how has it worked for you? Was on 30mg for about 6 weeks went up to 60mg. I don't think it has done anything for me. Any side effects for those of you who have tried it?
