Whenever I stop my medications abruptly it does not seem to take long until I'm sent careening into a hypomanic state. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I'm Lydia. I don't know if I have Tourettes syndrome or not. The cases of it that I've heard of are a lot more severe than what I think I have.
Occasionally, my head will twitch out of nowhere. Lately it feels like it's more often. Also, a cold chill from my upper arm to my head is included.
If this isn't Tourette's then please let me know.

I've been reading the Schizoid forums lateley and it is very depressing :( Poor Schizoids don't have any feelings from what it seems but on the other hand me (BPD) I have to many feelings, and have been hospitalized twice at 17 with a couple suicide attempts
