For some reason I ended up seeing a psychatrist today. I think it's because I made the appointment a couple years back (10 actually) and just forgot about it.

Anyway the psych said that DiD can be cured apparently. At this point something is really strange, it sounded like he was going to put me on anti-biotic's and he actually recognises DiD. What is going on? This can't be real.

And he ended up putting me on a anti-anxiety drugs. They might not me psychotherapy but on the plus side they're not anti-depressants.

Got to keep looking on the bright side of life.

Did he say how he would cure it? I'm just hesitant when mental doctors use the word cure because I just get nervous they're going to use a shortcut to mask the DID, but not "cure" it.
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.

Well he ended all treatment after he gave me the anti-anxiety medication, so I assume that's how he intended to "cure" it.

That is what I would instantly think as well.

Well boys and girls. How am I doing today? Well it doesn't help that I thought today was yesterday. I completely lost time, for the first time during this whole DiD adventure. I have lost bits and pieces of my day before, but never an entire day. (I remember talking on this forum more or less)
I kept putting the wrong date on all my forms today. I just thought I was writing the wrong date until I realized I don't remember the 24th at all. I also know that I am not whoever has been in control either yesterday or quiet some time. Oh DiD how you never cease to amaze/annoy me. If it was even me who was being amazed/annoyed. Whatevs. (Don't even know what font color to use...)

Good morning/afternoon/evening gentlemen and ladies! I am in a very good mood tonight. It's always so nice when I'm out even though everyone else protests it. They're afraid my confidence will cause conflict or something absurd like that. What they don't know is that I can conduct myself quite well. It's one of my many strengths. How are all of you tonight?

Morning!! It's morning here... I feel ya sista! I'm never allowed out because I cause problems but I have promised to stay in the scope of "allowed activities" which are all SUPER boring but whatevs. At least I get a chance to come out. Some of the activities are alright but I have to do them in a healthy way bleurgh! TGIF though!

Leo,

We're glad that you saw a psychiatrist. Even if he's only of limited use, it's a good thing that you took a step to get help.

We're not of the opinion that multiplicity can (or should) be "cured" in the traditional sense. We believe that healthy functioning, whatever that is for the system, is usually best. Maybe a bit less fighting among your ministries?

In the past I've caused problems with substance abuse and cheating on our partner. Haven't done the cheating thing in years but the substance abuse has been an issue up until we quit six months ago.

Oh trust me he's not of any use unless we sent him to a Joy camp, then he might of some use.

I agree with you on that it can't be cured, probably would be better to stop end all the fighting, though that's not going to happen any-time soon.
