I can't sleep and when I do I dream of bad things like my brother having sex with my daughter and me not being able to stop it-finding her laying there in shock while she tells me they plan to do it every six months. Or I dream my husband is bringing a lady home and sneaking her into the house. My stomach feels like acid boiling, I am anxious as someone just popped for shoplifting. Everything I want to forget is surfacing again. My mind being messed up is usual but my body following suit is something I am not dealing with very well. I am not coping very well right now.
