somebody's gotta sleep!

Just feel like we're running into a brick wall all of the time.

Eating is still an issue, binging and restricting. Can't figure out if this is intentional or not. Never had an ed dx and "I" don't think that's what it is. Could be someone else just not speaking up to clarify or not knowing that's what it is though. Maybe also because money is so tight and food's been kind of low that none of us want to eat to much and then have our daughter have less to eat than she needs/wants.

Losing time and switching without knowing it again. We'd gotten communication up to a good point, but like I mentioned last time it seems to have crashed and burned. :roll: Now we're not sleeping. It's happened 3 times in the last week where I go to bed and think I've gone to sleep and then realize it's 3 or 4 am and we've been awake the whole time. Wtf are we *doing* with that time is what I'd like to know, since there seems to be nothing to show for it. Seriously, c'mon the body needs sleep and lots of it. We should all know better than this. Going to pull out the journal again and see if I can find out what's going on. idk maybe someone is not getting time out to do things they want, but if that's so then something should be said instead of screwing the body and the rest of us up.

Going to therapy tomorrow and really nervous. Been seeing the same person for almost 2 year now, but have really held back a lot of things. It's gotten to a point where that is no longer acceptable because it's totally detrimental. hmmm, maybe the not sleeping the night before thing is intentional. After all if we're too tired to think clearly we can't talk.....
