Have increased my prozac from 20 to 30 how long will it take till I feel the full effects of the higher dose? It took about a month to notice my very first dose of prozac would this be the same for the increase? Thanks! :)

Hiya, Im not sure if my prozac dose is too high or not, but i do know that I dont feel right.
I feel quite numb, cant be bothered doing things, slow, want to eat all the time, irritable, ect.. but on the positive side i dont feel 'depressed' per se, just unable to feel happy and content.
Im on 30mg, 2 tabs one day 1 tab the next.

I just don't want to be on all the medications. I wnt to stop. Let it be whatever happens happens. It is messing with me so bad.

I want to kknow if there are substitutes for Abilify and Risperdal. Risperdal gave me twitchies and tremors and abilify is making me unable to sleep. They are both atypical antipsychotics, so anything along those lines would be good to know about.

anyone taken propranolol for panic attacks did it help much?
