Alrighty then

I'll be gone Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I'm exhausted and stoned from crying so much. I have a stomach virus and am still hungry but I feel queasy.

I'm going on a trip with lack of sleep and a stomach virus.

So everyone have a good week.

The nature of Identity Confusion

The identity confusion is well, confusing.

Disclaimer: I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS.

What if you WANT something to be a certain way but reality keeps hitting you in the face and telling you "No?"!

Reality really ruins any type of labelling or getting a hold of much else. And when people say "find yourself" that makes a person think, oh---categorizing and labeling and identifying. And yet, Buddhism and even to some extent Christianity has ...

Who do I go to?

I should have said this from the start. When I was 12 it was a psychologist who said that had the borderline and my current psychiatrist has hinted at it by mentioning that my amagdyla is damaged.

Well, I was stupid and took a test online and it showed Borderline, Dependent and Paranoid Personality Disorder were all at 90%.

I know that only a professional can diagnose this, but this really drives me nuts and ...

My borderline and Richard my son

I re-read the categories of the various types of borderline mother. I saw mainly "waif."

Do I need to educate Richard on these types?

Do I need to have a mutual behavioral contract of fairness?

Why isn't the light bulb going off?

Thought that'd make for an interesting title for a thread!

But, you know how you read about people with mental disorders struggling and trying to recover then this Lightbulb just goes off in their head: they just get it. I'm worried that day won't come for me.

Let me just say this though. I hate who I am. Knowing that, why aren't I changing? Why aren't I truly taking the proper steps to change who ...

New to BPD

I got diagnosed with BPD yesterday after year or therapy and all sorts of different anti depressants, I thought it would put my mind at rest that I'm not just a b**ch and it was more then that but it hasn't and I just can't stop crying and eating! Glad I have found this forum with lots of similar people on but it's just daunting isn't it? Or am I being dramatic?

Just had a thought

I was doing some display stuff and some thoughts came to me, so I thought that I would share them:

1. Keep your lifestyle simple. If you are sloppy with laying out clothes, use color groups of stuff that can be mix matched. If you hate hair styling, get a cut, etc.
2. Make humility an everyday goal. Humility without debasing yourself.
3. Make reasonable goals-Make goals which are reasonable.
4. Test limits by taking ...
