So today is a bit rubbish. The 'fire' feeling is back in my chest and my stomach is in knots. Everyone is downstairs having a good time. I can't bring myself to see them.

I'm at my wit's end. I can't cope with feeling like this.

I just want to scream the place down and let it all out.

I'm curious as to what type of therapy your psychologists/doctors have recommended to you, and whether it has been of benefit?

Iam pretty much a unmotovated person. Iam on avanza and cymbalta. I was on lithium but iam off it now, But seems my energy has been zapped and I really cant be bothered lately, I lay in bed and watch documetarys as iam to tired to play games. My sleeping patterns are ok thanks to avanza making me tired.

I honestly think many of you, dear mods, are misunderstood about NPD and what it takes to recover from it.
