i can say that seroquel and zyprexa were the worst drugs ive ever taken. im bipolar and have ocd. i also took lexapro, effexor and wellbutrin. im thinking of telling my shrink to get me on lamicatal for bipolar and luvox (fluvoxamine). what do you think? what are your experiences?

its one of those times again. Woke at 3am this morning with that feeling - as if someone's been squeezing my heart out - which spiraled into me thinking about all my failures.

Are mental abnormalities chiefly defined by the extreme deviation from the majority of shared behaviours, traits, structure, emotions? etc. and is it still considered an abnormality if the majority of the population have share these?

I saw my new Therapist yesterday. I general came away with zero feelings good or bad. Basically a greet and meet. We told him straight out from the get go to figure out if he was up to the task at hand. Gave him a brief outline of the trauma and issues and told him we were not there to validate ourselves with him he could listen and get with the program ...
