so i've been on here for maybe a month, and i've gradually gotten better with my self-hitting.
i do it because i get angry, i found a "outlet" for me, decided to post cause it might help somone else too.. i've started running, whenever i get mad and want to start hitting/biting i just go outside
and run mile after mile until i can't run anymore, and i feel better.. don't know how it helps ...
