I've had some anxiety lately and problems sleeping, sometimes I can't sleep for a night or only half-sleep. Also lately I've been dreaming strangely... I sometimes dream of stuff that "almost" happened, like they were actual memories altered. For example in high school I was really terrible in PE class, and my teacher once pointed it out. So I dreamt that he did that, but in the dream he blamed it on something chronologically impossible ...

I just got diagnosed with bi polar and OCD- starting lots of meds and I just can't cope. I can't work successfully, I can't sleep, I can't concentrate, I just can't do anything. Any suggesstions?

does anyone have fibromyalgia,as well as mental health problems..i read a theory that it was down to cortisol being constantly pumped through the body because of the stress ..aways had mental health issues.got fibro at 23 ..you???

last night, for a moment, I considered burning my arm. i still have faint scars from when i gave into this as a teen.

when do I tell my doc? i won't do it... i usually wait till it happens, whatever "it" is, multiple times before taking it seriously and report it. i don't wanna bother/worry her unnecessarily since right now I'm basically a charity case.

Do your racing thoughts ever seem take on a life of their own? Last time I went really high I had several streams of thought layered over each other. Like on top or behind each other. ok so for the last week or so i've been REALLy hypomanic. i don't normally drink coffee that offten maybe around 4 times a week is the most I ever really have it but hardly ever that much. And ESPECIALLY when i'm like this, i mean it's not like i need the kick from caffiene or whatever. Anyway that's beside the point. Chai ftw! :P

Does anyone else ever have really funny physical sensations? Like, currently I feel very strange...as if my body was warm liquid and I cannot muster any muscle tension at all (not assuming anyone here does illicit substances but i feel like I'm on MDMA, physically). Other times my emotions are connected to physical sensations in my stomach, e.g. I have a somehow triggering thought and it feels like something is moving inside me...
