The good news is, you got a diagnosis. The bad news is, it's a lot to digest the first few months

What meds were you prescribed?

It can feel really overwhelming when you are faced with a new diagnosis. But things hoepfully will get better for you now that you are on meds. Give them a chance and talk here too about what you are going through so hopefully ppl can support you. Keep in close contact with your treating team too so that your meds can be optimised. Things should improve for you and I really hope they do.

Cracked is right. The best advice I can give you is ODAAT: "One Day At A Time." Just because you feel bad one day doesn't mean the next day is going to be a disaster. Keep a positive outlook at all times.
Keep reaching out. You're among friends.
