I'm a 20 y/o male from the UK who has just been diagnosed with BDD, which I've had ever since I was 13, and it's likely the result of all the bullying I had growing up (I also have co-morbid high-functioning autism.). I suffer from BDD and I'm currently making my way toward recovery. My BDD revolves around scars, wrinkles, and such on my genitals (I'm a guy). It's prevented me from dating and having sex as I'm convinced my genitals look deformed. I was wondering if anyone else experiences this and if you have made strides toward recovery?

My face changes from day to day to a great extent, it ranges from unbearably ugly, inhuman-looking, to extremely beautiful, and attractive, to the point where I don't even get how my friends/family recognize me.
