This forum has helped me a lot in the last week or so of coming upon it. It has really helped me to start and break through the issues I have.
First, it's allowed me to post my deepest and most disturbing thoughts and perceptions that I can't share with anyone else. Only because of the anonyminity and the people willing to listen.

okay so pretty much everything i do just drives me insane. I feel like i'm extremely worthless and like everything i do is wrong. I steal and I do #######5 things. I hate my appearance and everything about it. I am an awful person and i really just don't know what to turn to.

I'm pretty self-confident, I know that I can figure things out and survive. There's not much I haven't been able to learn and just do. But my self-esteem is almost non-existent. No amount of successful survival or being able to do or handle things ever makes a dent in the feeling that ...
