How can I obtain self esteem, when I know I'm mentally ill, and worthless to society, at this stage of my life?

I wrote my first poem ever. I feel stupid writing it, but it's about my own fears and overcoming them so I can seek mental help.

I'm currently on 100mg of Zoloft and for anxiety. Lately, I've been feeling this kind of fuzzy-headedness. It's strange...and very distracting. I find I'm distracted very easily...and very spacey.

I'm wondering if this is part of the derealization I was experiencing before...or if maybe it's the medication.
