They swear I'm not ADD or ADHD whatever the difference is even though I have all the symptoms. They aren't even willing to help me. I actually feel much worse since they started "helping" me. I'm about ready to just pack a ...

Getting a Natural Sleep

In order to have a natural sleep, exercise should be in your daily routine. Make it as a habit. Have a positive outlook in life, be happy. If you can't sleep early at night, you can try playing video games or watching television as these will ...

Insomnia cure (long time sufferer)

Taurine and other inhibitory nutrients
By nutrientscure
I was asked in an egroup whether I found the amino acid taurine useful. What follows is my response to this question of “is taurine useful to you?”.
Dear group:
Yes, I have found taurine very useful, and so has my son Willy.
I believe that taurine is one of the most inhibitory amino acids, if not the most inhibitory, for most persons that take it.
I first ...

Mind won't shut off - is this basic cause ?

About 1 year and 1/2 ago it started. It was gradual, my mind would eventually shut off at around 3am allowing me some sleep. But now for the past year, almost every night my mind will not shut down. I am constantly thinking, day and night, about various stuff, sometimes it's a song that won't stop playing, other times I am playing out various scenarios. Even when exhausted, my mind will still not shut off. ...

Afraid I'm addicted to ambien

I have been taking one 10 mg tablet of zolpidem most nights for the past year or two, totally oblivious to the fact that it is addictive. My doctor just recently told me the news, the ****er. Now, after doing some research of my own, I've arrived at the conclusion that I probably should not have taken it so frequently.

I went to sleep much earlier than usual last night and didn't take an ambien. ...
