not getting better

Postby Jackssmirkingrevenge » Sun Nov 28, 2010 9:23 am

I don't see this stuff getting any better. I'm just so tired of it all. I go up, I go down. They swear I'm not bipolar even though I have all the symptoms. They swear I'm not ADD or ADHD whatever the difference is even though I have all the symptoms. They aren't even willing to help me. I actually feel much worse since they started "helping" me. I'm about ready to just pack a few items in my backpack or my pockets and head out to the desert just to see how long I can last. At these nighttime temps, who knows? The navy left me. My friends are leaving me. If my wife is smart, she'll leave me. Sooner or later she'll figure that out. I never fit in with people anyway. I could never relate to them. Everywhere I go I cause more problems than solutions. So to me, being a part of the solution rather than part of the problem only leaves one option. It's time to go.

You don't cause problems, you are just in a bad place right now. It's not your fault and you don't deserve to lose everything. Please let us know how you're doing.

jack please read this blog, click on the link.

http://nutrientscure.wordpress.com/2009 ... nutrients/

you and I are in the same boat, but with me it was a drug that rocked my boat.

It´s called ciproflaxcin, google fluoroquinilone victims community and read the info there,

you´ll find many people like you and I that are in the same boat,

in general doctors won´t or can´t help unless you find an orthomolecular doctor who specializes in brain chemistry.

my suggestion is to not waste your time explaining to friends or relatives, they will never understand because these things are way over their head,

basically you need to become your own doctor and talk to people who are going through similar circumstances,

there is hope, but you won´t find it in a drug, that´s why doctors are not the last word on recovery.

you need to go the natural way,

read the blog i sent you and see if you can try it out,

I started using 5htp for sleep and although it does hold promise (for mood at the beginning and sleep after about two weeks), I made some mistakes,

since my floxed body does not have the metabolic capacity it used to have, I started to get stomach upset when i increased my dose from 50mg to 100mg,

I had only been taking it for a couple of days, I topped taking it and am letting my body rest,

diet has a lot to do with sleep and rest,

my diet consists of oatmeal with water and a banana in the morning and organic chicken or meat for lunch with veggies,

for sleep i am currently taking taurine with calcium and magnesium, (if i´m lucky i get about 3 hours leep and then wake up at about midnight, i go to the restroom and take another swig of herbal tea with magnesium and go back to bed, the rest of the night i have intermittent sleep, it´s not great but i´m constantly trying to improve it with meditation)

i also make a strong herbal tea with linden flowers and chamomille,

I was using valerian about 8 months ago but its effect wore off after about 4 weeks,

i stopped using it and curently use it now, it´s effect is not very strong,

but i take it on faith more than anyhting else,

I´m currently not in the states right now so i don´t have acces to the inhibitory amino acids mentioned in the blog i sent you,

but if it worked for the fellow in the blog i´m sure it can work for you and I,

since he had severe insomnia for years and had taked prescription meds for it,

keep posting,

and let us know what is going on,

forming communities to understand our conditions is important.
