Isn't there a feature in the forum software to reduce the ease with which someone can post something like the "100% Free po rn video" post put here early this morning?

Maybe some requirement to be established on the forums for a while before you can post (scads of) photos (po rn, in this case) in the post?

i don't know where to ask about this so i'll just post this here. whenever i lay myself down to sleep, or just stretch out to veg infront of the tv, i'm always having to readjust myself on my limbs.

my fingers are either tightly wrapped and clinched around something or, stressing to straighten out. my arms are always 'frozen' into a position. not necissarily wrapped around anything, sometimes just propped up or extended out ...

Anybody ever just feel embarressed about your entire existance? Sometimes I feel like everything about me sucks. From the way I laugh to my ideas and things I say. I will relive these experiences over and over in my head for years. Seriously years. My heart drops and I feel like such a fool. And I don't even know who the hell I'm embarressed in front of. My wife has suffered from GAD for many years. Because one of her main stressors is worrying over humiliation, I have refrained from discussing her condition with friends.

I feel like I'm carrying a large emotional burden that I cannot share with anyone.

Does anyone know of an online spouse support group?
