for everybody thinking he/she has an alter or more
not to be scared, not to be scared, they are only a piece of you, not to be scared and try, with your therapist, to get in touch with your alter/s. Maybe they, inside, are scared as you.
I have DID but now I'm trying to keep in contact everyone and it goes well, good luck, it' will be hard but make a smile!

Im not sure but it seems like i have a female alter occasionally, it may last from a couple minutes to a couple hours. My brain starts to feel all tingly and I have noticed my flexibility (normally I cant touch my toes but then I can put my palms under my feet) is greatly increased during this. Does this sound like DID to you? Recommendations?

i seriously don't know what to do...i have just recently been starting to learn of these other "beings" inside me...i'm losing it...and we only see the T once a week and just got out of a session and miss him already...my DID message board is gone...my BPD message board is gone...i feel so lost and abandoned. Please, is there anybody out there?

i haven't been able to access any ezboard discussions in the past week. does anyone know what's going on???

I have just recently been fired from my job of 6 years due to the fact that my boss new I had multiple personality disorder or DID. He had me train a new girl who would work for less money and then fired me.

He brought me into his office and spoke of my disorder and how i needed to go on disabillity ...

I'm just wondering, is their a specific 'level' of abuse that is conductive for the development of DID? I know that everyone has different pasts and experiences.

I am here to share a horrible exoperience this morning. I woke up early and layed on the couch.
