Your personality (what there is, and isn't of it) *trigger?*

How do you go about feeling more grounded when you are feeling the least like yourself?
I remember before I was this way, and I was a lot less angry and more outgoing. But I don't remember all the specific traits of myself. I feel like when I don't have someone to bounce off of I become really flat. There are certain qualities I feel are "me" but I don't know if that's due to ...

Anyone experience these BPD Waif traits in their ex?

She was always saying something hurt or ached, back, shoulders, wrist.
When walking up or down our steps in the home she would say ouch ouch on every step.
She hated the sound of her voice, thus always texted instead of phone call. Hated the phone.
Always thought i was flirting if i said anything to a cashier or waitress or whatever.
She hated crowds and would panic.
Needed the TV on to go to ...

Almost seven years with a BPD woman.. what a ride.

So I don't really know how to start but to give a background. From what I've read on this disorder, the beginning of the relationship started was very bpd. We were both young, and she was at the tail end of dating another guy when I met her. She came on very strong over the next few months to the point where she moved in about two months after we started dating. At the time, ...

How do/would you relate to this?

How do/would you ... interpret ... this song coming from your ex or SO?

The Beatles - In My Life

There are places I remember
All my life, though some have changed
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain

All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all

But of all these ...

I don't know how to cope...

I don't know what to do. My ex(my children's father) just left after taking our son out for awhile to spend some time with him before moving to Pennsylvania. He will be gone tonight, and he doesn't know how long he'll be gone. Nothing is clear. Everything is a mess, and I'm going to be giving birth to our daughter any day now. He hasn't talked to me for weeks, after we had seemingly started ...

My Introduction.

Hello, I just joined a few seconds ago, but I've been lurking the page for a few hours now. My name is Junné and I am twenty-four years old. I live in the mid-west, and am currently employed at GameStop. I go to a technical college to obtain my associate's in Graphic Design.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

http://www.questia.com/library/psychology/mental-health/post-traumatic-stress-syndrome.jsp

When I was much younger, I had a great many personal failures that within themselves could have been very self-defeating. It went from being a witness to an abusive marital relationship with my parents to bed wetting, day wetting, severe public shyness/backwardness (which is commonly misunderstood to be antisocial), lack of interest in taking pride in necessary things (which all too often is misunderstood as intentional personal neglect), mediocre grades (which is misunderstood to ...

Confused, alone, empty - seeking input.

Apologies in advance for the terrible writing quality. I'm finding it pretty hard to write anything that I like at the moment. Probably part of why I haven't written an eight page essay that was due a week ago.

I was working on a multi-page life-story sort of post, but I won't waste your time with such details.

After over 3 years of chaos and deterioration, I find myself here. Wondering, thinking - that this ...
