Today i f*cked up !

After waiting for almost four and a half months for my appointment to be assessed. I went to the wrong Hospital !

So now i have to wait for another appointment!

But this isn't the problem.

My problem is that, i saw a nurse i knew from having a talk with a while back at my doctors. And he was saying things, you might have BPD but you CAN control ...

If someone has a non related family member with BPD can they unconsciously adopt the characteristics of BPD?

I feel like I'm screaming and no one can hear me. i don't know whats wrong with me. today i walked across the bridge to the doctors and all i could think about was how much i wanted to jump off.
my gp upped my dose of my anti depressants so hopefully they start to work again but I just feel so bad. I'm not even sure how to describe it. I feel so claustrophobic. ...
