Right at this precise moment in time i feel happy...like feel really really happy, i got this like tight feeling in my head...but not like tense..just like ..happy (it feels wierd to me,ha)...im not gonna even think about when its gonna end coz i am just gonna enjoy the moment. :D genuially genuinally happy.

Changed my SSRIs two weeks ago because of the continious brain zaps and confusion and the new pills seemed better but now i am getting the brain zaps again! I cant be the one one surely? Its like my brain is shivering and it comes in waves. I can make it happen by looking from side to side. Difficult to concentrate or even think straight when it happens :0(

If i ever speak to anyone about an argument ive had or something...where ive felt literally like im gonna explode, people always say, this is normal, everyone argues....

It doesnt feel normal to me at all which is why im asking this question....

At what point does rage differentiate between 'normal thinking people' and ''bpd thinking people'??

Im not really sure if im honest...maybe my anger IS normal....but it really doesnt feel like it is. ...

Are there any aussies on here that are receiving disability from centrelink? If so.. was it easy or did they make ur life hell? are u getting the max pay? whats your situation.. working/studying?

Am thinking of applying for it but im a full time student (cant get student allowance anymore because theyve said its taken me too long to do my degree!!) so dont know if being a student affects it yet..

I was having manic symptoms yesterday so I went to an emergency appointment with my psychiatrist.
She and I talked about a lot of stuff. She's a county hospital shrink and until yesterday I really hadn't opened up to her at all like I have my therapist.
She increased the dose of Lexapro from 10 to 20 MG. and gave me a few Adavan because I've been going through so much.
She thinks I'm smart ...
