i can relate to this. I never let people see me in a positive mood, smiling, laughing and even talking because of how much i hate myself and i don't deserve these things, and people will think the same.

I was wondering how people with AvPD deal with problems at work. I think if I didn't have AvPD I would have quit my current job, but I hang in partly because I think I could get an even WORSE job.
