Has anyone confronted, or written to their ab*ser?
There's been some research that if offenders are confronted with the reality of what it's done to the survivor, they are more likely to change and not reoffend.
My counsellor says to write would be better for me than to confront in person.
Don't worry, I won't write 'I want to kill you and these are the ways I've considered doing it...' ...
