Hello everyone,

Cyclothymia is really confusing and sometimes it makes us feel lost and confused about who we are, how we live things, etc.
Has anyone met other cyclothymic people in real life? For once, I'd love to meet others like me, at least on the internet.

I've been diagnosed with depression but I really think its seasonal. During the winter and fall months I always seem to fall into a deep depression. It happened twice in a row, I recognized it. First time I started on anti-depressants, next year I ended up in the psych ward for being suicidal. But whenever the weather starts to get nicer, I feel SO much better.
