You could ask me what's in Room 101. And I'd reply with:

"You know what's in Room 101"

And you always have done. A trip to Room 101 can be as scary, and bowl-emptying as you like it. Some alts say it uses Burger King Scares. In the sense that you can "have it your way".

I'm alright today. Have a bit of a headache, but I can't tell if that's from the switching or from my body doing it's monthly visit with mother nature (female body so don't ask if you don't know what I mean). Other than that, my day has been pretty mundane. Nothing new to report or exciting.
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.

Brain hurts, can't think. so tired, can't sleep. Sleep schedule has gone erratic. I think i've gone hypomanic-- its so hard to tell also having DID. I "sleep" at night, but some don't. I can't handle all the different feelings at once. feeling exhausted from one alter and super energetic from another is too much. i don't know what to do.

We don't have bipolar, but we can really identify with the rest of this. :|

My day has been good. Not much has happened.

Well I'm not happy. There was someone who had insulted Viola and Viola forgave the person! I'm so angry at her for that :x
