we started something to kill boredom that changed our life. whenever we felt bored we started to do sit-ups or push-ups or some other kind of exercise. just for 10 minutes. its better than being bored and it has some nice effects on strength and body shape

Ain't happenin' here. Our ass is big enough. Walking 2.5 miles a day for 27 years as part of our work commute has built up our thigh and butt muscles enough to turn our legs into redwoods. Ugh.

I hear you, Annett. But we don't like the fact that we've had to go up two clothing sizes when it's not even a fat issue, but a muscle issue.

We're not big by any means. We've 5'2". In our 20s we weighed 100 lbs. and wore a size 4. Now we're 120 lbs. if we're really lucky and we don't eat crap, and we wear a size 8. It doesn't matter whether that's nothing compared to other people. We're not other people. We know that no one here has said this, but people have said so in the past, and it really, really p*sses us off.

Glad that you can enjoy the way you are, though.

Sorry you are having a crappy day Dozn. The way you describe yourself doesn't sound bad at all. It's too bad you don't like it though. And hey atleast it is a muscle issue and not a fat issue. I constantly work out and while I used to be super skinny and kinda tall 6'2" at 145lbs, I would get frustrated. Now that I am older I am much bigger but I have to eat a lot to maintain it. I am now 192lbs and would like to be a solid 215lbs. However to me I don't get bigger and I swear I am still scrawny. Even though everyone else tells me differently. So it's just one of those things. Also, try toning the rest of your body to even it out. Or if that isn't the issue then read the below website. I would type it out but this sums it all up and puts it into better words than I could have. Don't know if this helps but hey, there is always a way.

Cid- Protector and main front 28 yrs. old
Lex- Gate Keeper, internal self helper 32 yrs. old
Sophie- Creative little, slider age 6ish-17ish
Tyler- What do I do? Get into trouble. He's 17
Five others that don't talk on here. Perhaps one day.

that link sounds horrible.
its like their saying that you should make your body eat itself so those gross muscles wont be visible anymore. kind of sick thinking. i mean for someone who has spent like centuries on learning how to be healthy all this sounds like a nightmare ...

its nice to have some time outside. its been a while. dont even know where to start, but its too late to find a party. i will probably spend the evening playing video games. totally missed the friday 13th thing.

Found myself halfway across the country again, no money of course. Doing allright now though, got a place to stay now and everything. I guess I left the group home I was in over a month ago now... Im not really sure yet what all has been going on lately. Guess I just wanted to post to get back into the habit. This forum makes me feel a little better about everything. Thanks everybody.

I bought a new backpack today and replaced what was in it the old one I lost. It only cost me 85 dollars so not bad. I'll try not to lose this one.
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.
