Its not possible for it to have simply fallen, as its pressed to each wall and held in place by a large, strong spring. My two cats were asleep on the bed, my wife at work, and all the doors were locked. My right wrist has been really bad (I may have broken a bone in it) sense I dug through rock and clay to dig her grave, so Steve weilded our pocket knife sense he's left handed, and we searched the house, room by room. All the windows and doors were tightly locked...

Humm... I don't know much about animals' spirits, but I do believe there is so much more than we see, know and understand.

If, she were angry or scared, I would do the same as with an angry or scared spirit, to show them love. So, if you believe it is her. Express her your love, and remember and try to show her the nice times you spent together. Help her heal from a traumatic experience.

Try also to forgive yourself. Some things are away from your control, and accidents happen. So don't blame yourself that hard, and maybe do a nice ritual to commemorate her.

I'm sorry you hurt your wrist.

I actually got a recording of it on Tamea's phone, by accident when we were vidioing the cats playing in the back porch.
And you seem rather like you're trying to avoid confrontation, and if so I apologize for offending you, and I want no confrontation myself. I was just wanting to share some odd occurrences with the community.

You didn't offend me. Sorry for acting so rashly. I seem to be doing that a lot lately IRL. Probably because I'm so stressed.

I completely understand, and I'm sorry that you've been stressed lately. I have been too, and I'm not sure if its just me acting uncharacteristicly annoyed and angry or if its just me picking up on Steve's anger and bitterness.
Maybe everyone is so stressed lately because its so near the holidays.

I feel the same way. I'm stressed out from college and it's the most stressed out I've ever been in my life and I'm having a very hard time coping.

Maybe you could talk to a counsilor to ask for some coping techniques. I've been debating doing that myself.

I am thinking of doing that, going to a university therapist for help.

I think I'm going to google coping techniques first before I try to go. For some reason I'm really wary of trying to explain what's going on to a therapist.

we found a primary care doctor!!!

I hate doctors! oh, hate, hate, hate, hate them. but this one is cool and smart! guess what? she recommended vitamin D. not some stupid rx o' crap. she say, take some vitamin D. "are you good at remembering to take supplements every day?"
"no"
"yeah, me neither. get the 5,000 then and take it when you can"
no lectures or anything!
and all my labs are great! aside from being a fat @$$ I am very a healthy :-) YAY!!! cuz the body feels old and worn out, but we are actually doing ok!

I will keep this one and maybe even ask if she can help me pick a T.
