Fun: You know you're DID when..

When you are at the gym for a private Pilates session and are told you still have a personal training session with a different trainer. You have no idea who that other trainer is...but, hey...I must have been working out twice as much as I thought.

When you are leaving the grocery store and you say "Dang, I don't even remember coming to the store where did we park?" and she (SO) responds "What you don't know? You drove us here." And you frantically try to remember actually driving here because there is a possibility that you did in fact drive there. Then she laughs and says "I just find it funny to watch you get confused. we have friends who tricked me into thinking that i had lost about 3 months of time.
it took me almost an hour to figure it out.
i thought it was hilarious and a sign that they know us so well they can play a trick that wouldnt work for anyone else.

Thanks for the concern guys. No it wasn't meant maliciously. We are that crazy couple that picks on one another and jokes around. More like how birdsong explained it. Trust me, all the crap we have dealt with and been through, that's exactly what we both need.

The only thing that ever made me mad was when she told me that she preferred one alter over me because he was sweeter. But this was in the beginning, and she didn't really know what she has said and how it could effect me.
