Until psychodiagnostic. A family member wanted to give me a project today. Another family member wanted to give me a project yesterday. Honey do. You do it. I’m not your servant. You don’t own me. Practice what you preach. Get up off your fat ### & do it yourself.

Until psychodiagnostic appointment. Researching a little every day. Meanwhile things pile up like they do. It’s always somethings. I’m feeling cautiously realistic. I know I’m impaired. I know my functioning has taken huge hits the past few years. I know this is all having a cumulative effect on my whole life as well as the whole lives around me. Will the gub’mint agree? Who knows??

Until psychodiagnostic. I still have some hoops to jump through to sate yr bureaucrazy until then. Plus a random act of self-care. Then there’s the usual & the unexpected. I’m busy.

Until psychodiagnostic appointment. Keeping a journal is a helpful tool in recreating a timeline. A lot of things are going completely sideways right now, but it’s alright. I’ve made it this far.
