Friday: good, fine, fabulous.
This morning: fine, ok.
Afternoon: tired, time went too quickly... Wasted the day. Achieved nothing.
Now: head is burning. Feel so distressed. Noise is upsetting - i hate the sounds of the neighbours voices, cars passing, my breath. So much pressure in my head. Can't work. Need to cry or yell... Can't. Need to work am wasting so much time... Can't stand this feeling. The pressure just hurts and burns. Won't go away. I want to smash it out... I need to get on with my work.
