Making an entry a little earlier in the day today! Plan to get stuck into my to do list today and first on my list is recovery work as it should be. There was a brief 30-60 minute window yesterday when my RR dropped to about 78% but I kept myself busy, went for a light jog and made it through the day sober which is fantastic. As part of my recovery work today I am going to watch a bit more of the Teal Angel video on addiction in general.
