It might be possible that the fear and anxiety are caused by something that has nothing to do with your sexuality, like OCD, I guess, but you'd have to ask a doctor to know for sure. If it's not something that bothers you all the time, just stay away from anything that triggers you.

So in what situations do you find guys attractive? Only in porn or have there been many guys in real life besides the one you mentioned?
Does it come and go like a yo-yo? e.g. for days you will only think of women and then randomly a thought of a guy comes up.
You've got a lot to deal with but it isn't impossible. Getting rejected hurts. Try not to worry too much about it. There will be an unbelievably large number of opportunities in the next couple of decades for you to go out with people. hope you are not using homosexual thoughts as something to blame your depression on. Actually...id you start thinking about guys before or after you were significantly depressed?
It really doesn't sound like anyting is 'wrong' with you btw. Yes it must be confusing being into girls whilst thinking of a guy every now and then but it isn't anything that warrants anxiety or fear. I don't know anyone that has not had a confusing and stressful adolescence.

None really tbh I masturbated to a guy for 3 times but stopped like 6 months ago cos of how ashamed I felt after and dont do it anymore. No I hardly ever think of a guy like that I avoid it and rejection 6 times does hurt

You probably have nothing to worry about, Callum. It's going to be ok. You won't be rejected forever, some people do have bad luck with dating but there's someone for everyone out there.

I still keep worrying badly sometimes, but then other times I try and block it out and sometimes works, it;s just when I'm alone its torture
