It only happens when I'm alone or bored and there is nothing else to focus my mind on e.g. playing sports, computer games. It sometimes doesn't bother me for a while like when I was on holida I rarely thought of it.

Well in that case find more stuff to keep your mind busy. I bet the thoughts will go away eventually.

I hope so, it's just in the summer holidays there is hardly anything to do and I get thinking and that's when the thoughts start again, also after I masturbate (sorry) I always revert back to the thoughts and start worrying again, don't get it

Maybe it's because of the OCD (if it's what you have) that these thoughts come back when they do. Hey, go cycling or jogging or running everyday, it might help. Or have some other kind of challenging workout.

Maybe there's a park near by or a gym or something. Do you have any hobbies?

I watch rugby, but that's every week, I go to the gym every weekend, but during the week there's nothing to do, I just want rid of these thoughts!

You have to find something to occupy your time, make it a priority. How about a part-time job?

Oh, no... That was so insensitive of her. People never understand, especially not the ones who should care more.
