Hi, I self-harm and this is embarrassing: but, there was one week that I was self-harming A LOT and by the end of that week, something weird had happened. I mean, none of these cuts were really deep or in bad places, they were all on my lower-left-arm. So today is a bit rubbish. The 'fire' feeling is back in my chest and my stomach is in knots. Everyone is downstairs having a good time. I can't bring myself to see them.

I'm at my wit's end. I can't cope with feeling like this.
